As a manager, you can edit your employees' profiles to personalize them and set their scheduling parameters.
Here's how to do that:
In the menu, click on 'Team'.
From the list, select the employee you want to edit.
Under the scheduling tab in the employee's profile, you can edit:
employee roles
maximum and minimum weekly working hours
wage
recurring days off
available annual leave
turn SMS notification toggle on or off
